Tamìa Iron extra virgin olive oil, also known as “L’Erbaceo”, is a part of the new high quality range, together with Green and Bronze, all created by the company. The aim was to create oils that didn’t have too much of a decisive taste, that had the primary function of oil, i.e. to enhance the tastes that it comes into contact with, without covering the tastes.
Tasting notesTamia Iron extra virgin olive oil has a medium fruity nose of green leaf, artichoke, almond with a few grassy notes. Taste gives off an aromatic, medium intensity bitterness, which leaves room in the mouth for delicate notes of lettuce, almond, artichoke and leaf, leaving a long, peppery, medium persistent and spicy end note.
