Knolive

Knolive is an award-winning and globally recognized reality that holds numerous awards in the production of extra virgin olive oil, and which has conquered numerous international consumers.

The young olive farm was founded in 2015 in Priego de Córdoba, at the foot of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park of Cordoba, and tells a story linked to the land, culture and customs that boasts of a great olive tradition. Indeed, the Yévenes García family has been linked to the cultivation of olive groves since 1858.

Today, the company is led by brother and sister Alberto and Sara - two young people who, after several years of study and work abroad. have decided to join forces and found the Knolive brand, knowledge of olive oil.

In the area of Cordoba, you will find the best plantations of olive groves such as Picuda and Hojiblanca, two very famous cultivars. The huge expanse of olive trees in the park is located in a fairly inaccessible area that gives the feeling of finding yourself in a real sea of olive trees. The perched soil makes mechanized harvesting difficult and it is precisely this factor that makes Knolive oils special, the fact that the olives are harvested manually.

The other factor to keep in mind is the knowledge of the materials of the two founders that has allowed them to create a cutting-edge processing process that allows to preserve all the characteristics of the oil creating a product of the highest quality recognized all over the world.
