Knolive "Epicure" extra virgin olive oil is a multivarietal obtained from the Picuda and Hojiblanca varieties. The peculiarity of Knolive and its oils is the territory where the olive trees are grown, in the heart of the Natural Park of la Subbética Cordobesa. The park is located on an inaccessible territory in the south of Spain, an expanse of olive trees from which olives are harvested manually, after benefitting from a unique climate that gives unique scents found in the oil.
Tasting Notes
Knolive "Epicure" extra virgin olive oil has an intense green colour with delicate golden hues. Delicate scent of tomato leaf, freshly cut grass and green almonds. A prevailing touch of bitterness overlaps with a pleasant white pepper note. The taste features fresh and fruity apple hints.
