Pojer e Sandri

Pojer e Sandri is a successful company located in the hilly area between the Adige and Cembra Valleys in the middle of the magnificent mountains of Trentino.

Founded by the two owners Mario Pojer, an oenologist, and Fiorentino Sandri, a small landowner, in 1975 they decided to join forces, embarking on a journey made up of courage, few resources and a lot of enthusiasm to fulfil a great dream, producing high quality wines.

Right from the start they engaged in frequent study trips to all wine-growing regions, which over time, thanks to new acquisitions, investments in the cellar and intelligent experimentation, created what is now one of the most prestigious wineries in Trentino.

Today, the company owns around 30 hectares of land and boasts several vineyards in the Faedo hills, where red grapes and other vines are cultivated with respect for the environment and nature. Over the years, they have produced an extensive line of Trentino wines, important spirits, and concluded the entire line with vinegars.

It was precisely the line of vinegars that struck us because of the attention paid to the raw material and the care taken in the acetification process, which requires one thing more than others: time. Pojer e Sandri's vinegars are produced in 12-18-24 months and the result is nothing less than a line of unique products with special flavours.
