Description

Pojer e Sandri's Quince Vinegar is an authentic family-produced fruit vinegar obtained from the slow acetification of quinces, which are also used in the distillery for the production of Quince Brandy. The vinegar factory located in Val di Cembra, in the middle of the Trentino mountains, is the creator of this fruity and sour dressing, and all the ingredients are produced by the same family.

Tasting Notes

Pojer e Sandri's Quince Vinegar is a fruity elixir obtained by following a unique and traditional method that carries out a slow acetification process of quinces that are then left to ferment in fine wooden barrels for about 1-2 years. Quince vinegar at this stage is characterised by the fact that it releases aromatic quality characteristics obtained through the slow ripening of the product.
