Oliveri is an artisan company from Piedmont located in Acqui Terme and is made up of a young and committed team that, thanks to their commitment and passion for nature, have created high quality preserves in extra virgin olive oil.

Today, the company is run by Emilio Oliveri, a great entrepreneur who grew up amidst artisans where, in the 1920s, his grandfather was known for his porcini mushroom picking and processing business, followed later by his father, who kept one of the shops with the best local produce.

A history full of passion and tradition that allowed Emilio to start this extraordinary journey in search of rare and curious products, making him want to be a part of this world of continuously searching for carefully selected raw materials in Piedmont and Italy.

Their philosophy is based on solid ideals such as culture, tradition and research, which have allowed them to create a line of artisanal products encompassing the scents and flavours of the forest and hills. The entire production process takes place with great care and professionalism thanks to the hands of experts who take care of the raw materials and try to make the most of them.

Over the years, the company has managed to achieve a high level of success and in a short time was awarded the Eccellenza Artigiana prize by the Piedmont Region. A splendid reality that with passion and care has brought to light and splendidly valorised a particular and excellent product such as the mushroom.
