Filotea

Filotea is a small company known in Italy for the production of traditional egg pasta. This young pasta factory was founded in 2005 in the heart of the Marche region with the desire to produce healthy and genuine traditional pasta just like our grandmothers used to make at home.

Using a combination of the age-old tradition of egg pasta and following the ancient recipe from the Marche region to the letter, Filotea has succeeded in producing a light and digestible pasta made with the choice of only high quality raw materials such as durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour and fresh eggs.

Thanks to its love and dedication to bringing tastes and flavours to the table, from the very beginning the company has dedicated itself to the entire production process, which is entirely artisanal. In fact, the pasta is dried slowly at a very low temperature, resulting in a very digestible and rough pastry whose quality allows it to hold all types of sauce.

An original range designed for lovers of home-made egg pasta but also a wide selection of sauces and pestos designed to give intense flavours to your dishes. Original not only in the production of the pasta but also in the choice of packaging, which is inviting and eye-catching.
