DueNoveSei takes its name after the altitude above the sea level where the company is located, in the Moricone territory, a municipality in the Sabina Romana region, which is the area where the PDO Sabina extra virgin olive oil is produced.
The Prosseda family has been pursuing local traditions for three generations, by producing high quality products. Adolfo - with his sons Marco and Andrea - refer to themselves as patient and loving farmers, with their hands full of dirt; and thanks to this attitude, they managed to build a young and modern reality, expanding over ten hectares of majestic hills.
DueNoveSei extra virgin olive oil production is obtained solely from the 1400 plants cultivates at the company, coming from different Rosciola, Carboncella, Salviana, Pendolino, Leccino and Frantoio varieties - typical of the PDO Sabina region.
The love for their territory, inspires the Prosseda family to invest time and care in cultivating and producing quality extra virgin olive oil every day, allowing them to follow it every step of the way, and rediscovering the value of simple gestures and authentic flavours.
