Mengazzoli is a Mantuan company founded by Giorgio Mengazzoli in the 1960s and specialized in the production and marketing of vinegar of the highest quality in Italy and around the world. Giorgio's founding of the vinegar factory stemmed from his dream of continuing the centuries-old Mantuan tradition of vinegar production with the aim of making it known in Italy and around the world.

From the experience accumulated over the years, the company has achieved excellent results that allow it to produce excellent vinegars in terms of both quantity, thanks to the investment of new technologies, and quality, thanks to the fine refinement method that allows it to maintain all those special characteristics that vinegar must offer its taster.

With the support of their children Elda and Cesare, the whole business diversified by producing new lines of vinegars, increasing production and marketing both domestically and internationally. Over time, they have built up a controlled, agile and modern structure, expanding the factories on the outskirts of Mantua and investing in new technologies that have enabled them to develop new production techniques using and selecting the best ingredients, without ever sacrificing anything to the heritage of tradition and experience gained over the years.

The dream of Acetificio Mengazzoli has not yet come to an end. It is a successful company that has been able to create a range of unique and special products, even creating its own 'Egocalo' classification system, which classifies its vinegars taking into account various parameters such as, among others, acetic acidity, sugar content and density.
