Pastificio dei Campi

Pastificio dei Campi is the story of a company founded in 2007 by Giuseppe Di Martino and his wife Giovanna di Martino, young partners of the old di Martino pasta factory located in Gragnano and founded in 1912.

Driven by the idea of pursuing a dream made up of innovation, passion and tradition, they decided to found Pastificio dei Campi by meeting at every point in the supply chain to calibrate the various stages of the pasta production process, with the mission of producing the best pasta in the world by sharing visions, knowledge, expectations and experience not only to establish themselves nationally but also to be a leader worldwide. Today, the pasta factory produces around 30 quintals of pasta per day.

The pasta is bronze-drawn, dried slowly at low temperature and packaged by hand, using carefully studied design and packaging to encapsulate all the excellence and professionalism of this reality. Each stage respects a tradition that has been handed down for 500 years, starting from the choice of the best 100% Made in Italy raw materials right through to the product packaging stage. Today, the pasta factory is equipped with a new product traceability system, which allows data to be collected for all consumers interested in learning more about the product and the entire pasta production system, staying informed from start to finish.
