Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal obtained from the Hojiblanca cultivar and produced in the "El Vicario" estates in Tabernas, Spain, from organically farmed olive groves. It is a Premium extra virgin olive oil with limited production. The peculiarity of this variety is that it is stable, which, combined with the early harvest, gives the oil a greater ability to retain all the organoleptic properties over time.
Tasting Notes
Oro del Desierto Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil is an intense organic fruity product, with a bright gold colour with green reflections that mark its purity. The scent features very intense notes of tomato, apple and banana, accompanied by an excellent balance between bitterness and spiciness, while the initial flavour is soft, with hints of lettuce and almonds.
