The Tamia "Gold" extra virgin olive oil is a part of the company’s organic range and the fruit used in the mixture is from the varieties grown on the estate: Leccino, Frantoio, Maurino. The new extraction method and the mixing of these cultivars produces an oil with a high concentration of polyphenols and an intense fruity flavour where grassy, just-gathered olive notes stand out.

Tamia "Gold" extra virgin olive oil has a medium intensity fruity nose where the main hints are fresh grass and unripe almond. The taste holds a medium bitterness of grass, lettuce and almond. It is very aromatic and persistent, as is the medium persistent spiciness.
