Frantoio Galantino has almost one hundred years of history, starting with Vito Galantino who transformed his passion for oil into a real business by buying an old mill and turning it into an oil mill. From there, with passing generations, the Galantino family decided to buy the "La Fenice" estate, which included 47 hectares of olive groves, and began to deal with the cultivation. It was then Michele Galantino that had the idea of producing flavored and spiced oils in a natural way that today distinguishes them from other oil mills.
