Le Tre Colonne's Classic extra virgin olive oil is a filtered blend of typical Apulian Coratina and Ogliarola varieties, pitted. The olives from which it is produced are grown in the area of Agro di Giovinazzo and are harvested in December with mechanical aids. They are processed in the mill within 24 hours of harvesting, using the two-phase continuous cycle system.
Tasting Notes
Classic extra virgin olive oil is golden in color with green hues and a perfume of light herbaceous notes. The taste is a medium fruity with balanced spiciness and bitterness.
