Palazzo di Varignana Correggiolo extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal oil made from the Correggiolo cultivar, typical of the Emilia Romagna region. The olives were harvested in the last ten days of October, when 50% ripe, from trees of an average age of 5 years, grown in the area of Castel San Pietro Terme in the province of Bologna;

Correggiolo extra virgin olive oil is characterized by a spicy and bitter flavor of great intensity, followed by a medium fruity taste with strong notes of thistle and aromatic herbs.
