Feudo Disisa has a history of almost a thousand years, the Di Lorenzo family in fact has owned and managed the estate since the end of 1700 carrying on the business with passion and dedication. The feud is located in Sicily in the province of Palermo, in the territory of Monreale where there are 400 hectares of vineyards and olive groves owned by the company. The Di Lorenzo family, now in its fifth generation, manages the company by balancing innovative choices with respect for the territory and traditions.
Tasting notes
Disisa extra virgin olive oil is made from green Cerasuola olives. Cold pressing just a few hours after harvesting gives the oil intense aromas that combine notes of green olive, artichoke, floral and balsamic scents of fresh oregano. It is a full-bodied oil which recalls olfactory sensations with a good bitterness and an enveloping spiciness on the finish.
