Situated in the "golden triangle", the Marina Palusci farm has been engaged for centuries in the production of extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. The main variety cultivated is the autochthonous Dritta followed by Leccio del Corno, Pendolino, Leccino and Olivastro.
Tasting notes
The extra virgin olive oil "I-Oil" by Marina Palusci is a monovarietal oil of the cultivar Intosso, the color is an emerald green with straw yellow reflections. The nose has notes of tomato, nightshade, aromatic herbs and balsamic while the taste is perceived bitter and spicy in harmony with hints of tomato and herbs.
