The extra virgin olive oil "Novus" by Marina Palusci is a new oil, and it is the only oil that is still cold pressed by an old mill with a traditional cycle that still uses granite stone millstones followed by presses as in the past. It is produced from the Dritta and Leccino cultivars, obtained from mid-October when the olives are only at the right point of veraison, the appearance is rough and cloudy, giving the sensation of a real pressing of olives.
