The family that runs Azienda Agricola Parovel, originally from Slovenia and now active in the province of Trieste, has a centuries-old history. In the 1970s it was Zoran and his wife Rosa who brought the first extra virgin olive oil of the Bianchera-Belica cultivar to the market.
Tasting notes
Rozò of Parovel extra virgin olive oil has a yellow-green colour with a balanced intensity. Its aroma is medium fruity of green type with notes of grass, artichoke and aromatic herbs. The taste is balanced, at the beginning there are notes of bitter, sweet and spicy with a medium-high intensity, the aftertaste is of artichoke, green almond, pepper and chicory.
