Tonda di Cagliari extra virgin olive oil has been selected by the Accademia Olearia from among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the enhancement project for typical Sardinian cultivars.

Tonda di Cagliari extra virgin olive oil is extracted from the pressing of the cultivar bearing the same name, typical of the southern area of the island. The taste of Tonda di Cagliari combines balance and intensity, with a bitter and spicy flavour that recalls fresh fruit and cooked vegetables, notes that remain pleasantly present on the palate.
