Description

Tenuta Pennita, located at the gateway to the Land of the Sun, is a small village in the hills of the province of Forlì-Cesena. For Gianluca and Alina it is important to enhance their territory and tradition, they do so through the production of their oil which is made from ancient olive trees that are treated with the utmost care.

Tasting notes

Valdoleto extra virgin olive oilis definitely an oil of great character, the nose perceives vegetable notes of tomato, arugula, herbs, apple. The colour is a persistent green and the sweet taste is overlaid by a spicy note.
