Galantino's Fruttato Leggero extra virgin olive oil is one of the many products that the Galantino family has been producing since the 1920s, when Vito bought the mill and converted it into a Frantoio. Still today, as in the past, the Galantino company supplies itself not only with its own olives from the estate purchased in the 1960s, but also with olives from 2000 trusted producers.
Tasting Notes
Galantino's Fruttato Leggero extra virgin olive oil is part of the Classici company's range; oil extracted cold from selected Apulian olives where the Ogliarola variety prevails with its unmistakable sweetness and a small percentage of Coratina which gives character to the taste while maintaining a light fruity taste with herbaceous hints and an almond aftertaste.
