In the Campania region, Antonino Mennella is known as the creator of fantastic oils. Tasting Notes
Madonna Dell’Olivo "Itran’s" oil is limpid, with a beautifully intense golden yellow color with light green tonalities. The nose is full and enveloping, rich in balsamic hints of mint, basil and parsley, with fruity notes of medium ripe tomato, banana and white apple. Fine and complex on the palate, it has a vegetable flavor of celery, chicory and wild lettuce. Powerful bitterness and strong spiciness.
