Giorgio Franci, appointed a Hero of Made in Italy by Gambero Rosso, is an internationally recognized protagonist of the Italian food culture. Frantoio Maremmano is father to many excellent oils, including Franci Le Trebbiane extra virgin olive oil. This oil takes its name from the olive grove on the hill of Montenero d'Orcia: a product that embodies the Tuscan spirit, interpreting it in an elegant and complex way. This product, rich in spicy scents, owes its character to the olives from which it is extracted and blended: starting from the Frantoio monocultivar, with typical aromas of leafy artichoke, and the spicy and bitter Leccino variety, up to the particular fruitiness given by the Moraiolo and Olivastra olives. An oil with a texture impossible to describe in words, if not only through its intense aroma and taste.
