Centonze's Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil is a single cultivar of Nocellara del Belice. We have chosen it because it is made from organic olives grown exclusively on the Case di Latomie estate. It stands out for its medium, round and full fruitiness and for its particular density and veiling. Its fragrance reminds us of the fresh olive fruit, with a pleasant aftertaste of tomato and sweet almond. Because of its fragrance and unexpected sweetness, it lends itself well to raw seasoning and for cooking.

Centonze organic Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil has an intense green color with golden yellow reflections. The aroma is spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent. The flavor is medium fruity, round and full. Great balance with a tomato and sweet almond aftertaste.
