Description

The philosophy behind Gianfranco Comincioli's work is to enhance the value of his production, while respecting the typical characteristics of the territory: this is the reason behind the creation of Comincioli's Numero Uno extra virgin olive oil, which owes its name to the fact that it represents the excellence of quality local production. A product obtained from the blend of eight indigenous cultivars, among which Casaliva and Leccino stand out, to underline the land of origin: this oil fascinates us precisely because, through its flavors and scents, it takes us to the shores of Lake Garda, giving us fresh and delicate sensations.

Tasting Notes

Comincioli Numero Uno extra virgin olive is limpid, with a beautifully intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections. The nose opens wide and enveloping, with balsamic hints of mint and rosemary, accompanied by notes of freshly mown grass and almond finish. The mouthfeel is full and elegant, characterized by clean vegetable tones of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonious.
