Tasting Notes
Cutrera organic Primo oil is limpid, with a beautiful intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections. The bouquet is ample and enveloping, rich in notes of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana, complemented by clear aromatic hints of basil, parsley and mint. The mouthfeel is complex and harmonious, with elegant vegetable tones of fresh broad beans, celery and lettuce. Very strong bitterness and strong and balanced spiciness.
