Fattoria Ambrosio is a well-known brand founded in 1938. Today, it has succeeded in establishing itself on a national and international level by investing passion and energy in the production of fine and elegant extra virgin olive oils.

The company is located in the beautiful Cilento area surrounded by majestic, thousand-year-old trees that dominate the colourful landscape, known not only for its unspoilt vegetation, but also for its great heritage of history, culture and art. Today, the company owns around thirty hectares of olive groves and is led by Massimo Ambrosio, an esteemed entrepreneur who managed to create products that enhance the typical dishes and ingredients of everyday Italian cuisine with the aim of producing the finest extra virgin olive oils by taking care of every single production phase, from the cultivation of the olive groves to the processing in the oil mill.

Research, passion and commitment are important values, based on which the Ambrosio family is founded, and since the beginning of its journey made of love, dedication and passion, it has succeeded in preserving the rural culture of the Cilento region by also investing in the best techniques for processing oils that are now recognised all over the world.
