San Felice extra virgin olive oil is obtained from olives of the San Felice variety, harvested at the right maturity. Extraction is immediate with a modern continuous cycle system, where the producer Claudia Pompilj pays the utmost attention to each phase of the process. The olives are harvested in the first days of October. ""I want to give strength to San Felice. A very small production of oil from one of the smallest and most precious Italian varieties. Tasting Notes
The “San Felice” extra virgin olive oil is green with golden reflections. An oil with an intense perfume, and hints of field grasses and artichoke heart. The taste is decided, especially in the spiciness and bitterness, that are present and marked.
