Finca la Torre Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil is an organic monovarietal obtained exclusively from the Hojiblanca cultivar, grown in the province of Cordoba and Malaga, Spain. From the cultivar comes an extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively by cold pressing through a mechanical method that guarantees the highest product quality. With almost 380 hectares of land in the heart of Andalusia, the farm is home to about 34,000 Hojiblanca and Arbequina trees, whose extra virgin olive oil is produced on the farm according to ancient traditions and seeking high standards.

Finca la Torre Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil is intense fruity, with strong notes of cut grass and olive leaf. The taste has bitter notes, with progressively spicy and bitter hints of green almond, apple and banana peel. It is characterized by being a complex yet balanced oil, to make your dishes tasty and healthy.
