Marfuga "Sassente" extra virgin olive oil is a delicate and very fresh condiment, obtained from the Frantoio olive variety of Tuscan origin. Olives are harvested by hand in October and November, and processed through a cold cycle process in the Franci Mill to enhance all the organoleptic characteristics of the product, obtaining an extra virgin olive oil suitable for every dish.

Marfuga "Sassente" extra virgin olive oil strikes us for its complex and elegant taste. The scent features fresh notes of green almond. Its initial taste is particularly sweet with strong hints of almond and grass, with a well-balanced bitterness and spiciness in the aftertaste.
