Sommariva Caviale del Centa is a tasty spread made of "Taggiasche" olive paste, anchovies and capers, whose recipe comes from the Sommariva family tradition. It is called "Caviar" because of its appearance that resembles the precious food. It is made by blending the ingredients until a sauce of the right consistency is obtained. After that, it is jarred, corked under vacuum steam and pasteurized.
It appears as a creamy, dark brown sauce with the delicate scent and flavor of olives.
