Tasting Notes

Mimì Coratina extra virgin olive oil is an oil with an intense green nuance; the nose is broad and rich in enveloping hints of leaf and artichoke that accompany spicy notes. The mouthfeel has powerful vegetable notes of leafy vegetables, with prominent almond and field chicory nuances. The aftertaste that remains is that of bitter thistle and a strong and harmonious spiciness.
