Equilibrato oil is limpid, with a beautifully intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections. On the nose it is full and rounded, with rich notes of artichoke, chicory and lettuce, and clear scents of officinal herbs, especially mint and rosemary. The mouthfeel is fine and full of character, with tones of sage and distinct hints of black pepper and unripe almonds. Powerful bitterness and strong, well harmonized pungency.
