Monti Iblei “Letizia" extra virgin olive oil is produced 90% with the Tonda Iblea variety and 10% with Nocellara Messinese. The Rollo Company was born thanks to the purchase of a farm by Giovanni Rollo in the late '60s in the area of Chiaramonte Gulfi, renowned for the production of very fine oils. His son Giorgio, now owner of the company, decided to dedicate all the land of the farm to the cultivation of olive trees, eliminating the vines.

Monti Iblei “Letizia" extra virgin olive oil has a deep green color with golden yellow tones, the scent is intense fruity and fragrant with herbaceous hints of corn leaf and fresh tomato. The taste is an oil with a good structure with tones of fresh tomato and spicy and bitter in harmony.
