Frantoi Cutrera Monocultivar Nocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil is an oil made from 100% Nocellara del Belice variety olives that are harvested in the Western area at about 300 metres above sea level, from centuries-old olive trees that face southwards, some of the best typical varieties in the area.
Tasting notesNocellara del Belice extra virgin olive oil is yellow with hints of green. It has an aroma with marked notes of artichokes, unripe almond, freshly cut grass, green tomato and fresh aromatic herbs. It has a medium fruity taste where bitterness and spiciness are in perfect balance with fruity notes./p>
