I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “Gioacchina Iuvenis Grand Cru is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil obtained from 175 young Caninese olive trees in the Gioacchina district, with a volcanic sandy-clayey soil. Mild weather with summer droughts and strong winter winds.

Tasting Notes

I&P Azienda Agricola Ione Zobbi “Gioacchina Iuvenis Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil has a medium-intense fruity flavour. Bright golden yellow with green reflexes. Mainly green scents with almond, chicory and herbal notes, followed by white flower and apple undertones. Blend between marked spicy and bitter notes, with a pleasant herbal, pennyroyal and royal apple after-taste.
