This blend is designed to season all dishes, with a light taste. Like the white color of its label, the light color is able to enhance, without overpowering, all foods with a delicate taste.
Tasting Notes
Pruneti “Leggero” extra virgin olive oil, has a scent of fresh grass, parsley and sage. We can also perceive sweetish notes reminiscent of lettuce, basil and fennel. In the mouth, the fresh grass is enveloping, but there is plenty of room for fennel, lettuce, basil and pine nuts. Sage takes over on the finish accompanying us towards a slight spiciness with hints of white pepper. Bitterness and pungency are present and balanced.
