La Ranocchiaia Moraiolo monovarietal is a high quality extra virgin olive oil. Pressing of the olives at the company's oil mill is immediate and the time between harvesting and pressing never exceeds 4 hours! The oil is processed under vacuum in horizontal and vertical mills, filtered immediately and it contains a high number of polyphenols. It is stored in stainless steel tanks with argon so as to preserve all its qualities and obtain the best results over time.
Tasting Notes
La Ranocchiaia monovarietal Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil is green in color with golden reflections. Olfactory sensation of olives with an aroma of fresh almond; the mouthfeel has a mild bitter taste and medium spiciness.
