Tasting Notes

Viola “Nuovo” extra virgin olive oil has a clear appearance after filtering, a medium fluidity and an intense green color with golden reflections. jThe bouquet is characterized by vegetable notes of freshly mown grass, complemented by notes of mint, tomato and artichoke. Taste of green olive with notes of artichoke, sage and mint. Strong vegetable sensations, characteristic of freshly pressed fruit.
