Quattrociocchi's Delicato extra virgin olive oil owes its name to the characteristics of the cultivar from which it originates, the Leccino: located at an altitude of about 150 meters, in the beautiful area of Alatri, the cultivar is exposed to a microclimate that protects the plants from parasite attacks without the need for treatments. This is how we obtain this delicate oil,which guarantees exceptional organoleptic qualities, regardless of the weather conditions of the year and the production area.
Tasting Notes
Quattrochiocchi Delicato extra virgin olive oil is limpid, with a beautifully beautiful intense golden yellow color. The aroma is mild and balanced, with vegetable hints of artichoke, lettuce, chicory and notes of officinal herbs, with hints of basil and mint. The mouthfeel is fine and fruity, with tones of almond. Balanced bitterness and pungency, with prominent sweet notes.
