Its name is inspired by the Sun God, who represents the symbolic element of Apulia, and who characterizes the cultivation of the olives used for the production of a versatile extra virgin that pair well with everything.

Puije’s “Helios” extra virgin olive oil has a deep golden yellow color; its scent envelops with fruity green and ripe olives, and unripe banana, almond and tomato notes. In the mouth, it is sweet in the opening with intense spicy hints of green pepper and bitter hints of radish and almond.
