Quattrociocchi's "Olio di Roma" extra virgin olive oil is obtained from organically grown olives of the varieties most commonly found in the area. The Protected Geographical Indication distinguishes this oil by its sensory characteristics that originate from the area's geographic, climatic and cultural environment.

Quattrociocchi's "Olio di Roma" extra virgin olive oil is an organic oil, emerald green in color with warm golden hues and clear. Strong hints of green olive, leaf, grass,artichoke and apple stand out on the nose. The taste is intensely fruity with decided bitterness and spiciness with hints of green almond.
