Tasting Notes
PDO Riviera Ligure oil is limpid, with an intense golden yellow color and delicate green reflections. The bouquet is ample and enveloping, with fruity hints of unripe tomato and white apple, flanked by balsamic notes of basil and parsley. It has a fine and complex flavor, with hints of artichoke and nuances of celery and lettuce. Balanced bitterness and pungency, with prominent sweet notes.
