Accademia Olearia Semidana extra virgin olive oil is a monocultivar obtained from a single variety of olives - the Semidana - present throughout Sardinia and with particular diffusion in the central area. We have chosen this oil because it has been selected by the Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the protagonists of the project to enhance typical Sardinian cultivars.
Tasting Notes
The monocultivar Semidana extra virgin olive has slightly bitter tones, hints of golden apple and almond, and a great mark of spiciness, which persists with a pleasant note. It is a product of medium intensity whose notes allow a very varied use.
