The love for his land and the work done in the oil mill allow Marco Viola, the beating heart from which the oil mill takes its name, to pass on stories through each bottle of oil produced: Viola Tradizione extra virgin olive oil, comes from the careful selection and processing of olives in the family mill. A product according to "tradition", that best expresses the characteristics of the native varieties of which it is composed.
Tasting Notes
Viola Tradizione oil is green with golden yellow reflections; the nose is wide and rich in vegetable notes of artichoke and herbs. The mouthfeel is fine, with sensations of thistle and mint, and spicy hints of black pepper.
