Tasting Notes
Zuppini Veneranda 19 extra virgin olive oil is limpid, with a beautifully intense golden golden yellow color. Its aroma is definite and rotund, rich in vegetable hints of artichoke and chicory, thistle and lettuce, together with aromatic notes of mint, rosemary and sage. The palate is broad and full, with spicy tones of black pepper, cinnamon and a distinct almond finish. Powerful bitterness and strong spiciness.
