The first extra virgin is Ortice Biologico from Frantoio Romano, a medium-intense fruity monovarietal oil from Ortice from organic farming. Perfect raw on salads, baked and grilled meat and fish dishes.
The second extra virgin is Torretta's Dop Colline Salernitane "Diesis", a medium fruity oil from the pressing of Carpellese and Rotondella. Ideal pairing with spelled appetizers, salmon carpaccio, marinated vegetables, jacket potatoes, legume puree, first courses with shellfish, grilled turbot, amberjack tartare, baked poultry or lamb, goat cheese.
