Casale San Giorgio “Maestrale extra virgin-olive oil has a strong personality and bold flavour. Clear green and pungent sensations, with a pretty great balance. Balanced taste with artichoke, walnut, hazelnut and green tomato after-taste, and herbal and floral notes. Bitter notes on the finish, with spicy hints.
