Due Nove Sei “Elivia” extra virgin olive oil is a multivarietal oil obtained from Carboncella, Salviana, Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino and Leccio del Corno varieties. All varieties are carefully farmed on the estate, between the gentle hills of the Sabina Romana.
